Code of Conduct

This Code sets out principles for fair and ethical use of the Service, especially with biometrics.

1. Respect for the person

Face identification is applied transparently and with consent. Employees must be informed what data is collected and why.

2. Minimisation and purpose

Only data necessary for time tracking is collected. Data is not used for purposes incompatible with those declared.

3. Non-discrimination

The Service must not be used for discrimination on any ground, unlawful surveillance of private life or pressure on employees.

4. Security and confidentiality

Access follows least-privilege. Every user must keep credentials confidential.

5. Accountability

Breaching this Code may lead to access restrictions and measures under the contract and the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
