Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy defines acceptable and unacceptable uses of the FaceID Service.

1. General principles

The Service is intended for lawful employee time tracking. Use must comply with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the rights of data subjects.

2. Prohibited

processing individuals' biometric data without their voluntary consent and a lawful basis;
using the Service for surveillance, harassment or discrimination;
attempting to bypass identification, spoof check-ins or impersonate another employee;
disrupting the Service, unauthorised scanning, load attacks or hacking attempts;
uploading malicious code or unlawful content.

3. Consequences

Violations may lead to suspension or termination of access and liability under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
