Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• «Site» — the faceid.tj web resource and all its pages.
• «FaceID product» — the face-based time-tracking software provided by the Company under a separate agreement.
• «User» — any person using the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational: it presents the capabilities of the FaceID product and lets you submit a request for a demo or onboarding.

Information about pricing and terms on the Site is not a public offer. The final terms of cooperation are set out in a separate agreement between the Company and the client.

3. Terms of use

By using the Site, the User undertakes to:

• provide accurate data in the forms and only data they are entitled to submit;
• not take actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Site, including automated data scraping, unauthorised-access attempts and excessive load;
• not use the Site to distribute unlawful information.

4. Trial period and onboarding

The free period mentioned on the Site is provided on the terms in effect at the time of onboarding and does not oblige the Company to enter into an agreement. The use of the FaceID product itself, including the rights and obligations of the parties, is governed by a separate agreement and is outside the scope of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The name «FaceID», logos, texts, design, graphics and other Site materials are the intellectual property of the Company or are used on a lawful basis. Copying and use without the Company’s written permission is not allowed, except as expressly permitted by law.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data you submit on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting a form you confirm your agreement with its terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided «as is». The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site and is not liable for any losses arising from its use or the inability to use it, to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

8. Changes to the terms

The Company may change the content of the Site and these Terms at any time. A new version takes effect upon its publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes agreement with the changes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. Disputes not settled through negotiation are subject to resolution in the competent court at the Company’s location (Dushanbe).
